captain america unable to pick up mjolnir

This is the
reason behind it when captain Americas in his roll then he is able to lifting
thor hammer but in simple life he has no ability for that and in the movie, he
shook thor hammer.
If seen
captain America does not think about yourself , always think about others. same
quality is also in thor still cap is not
capable.
But we know that vision can lift Mjolnir. Because he can have mind stone so that lift mjolnir

I think cap
can be worthy because cap and the others were in a gaming mood in avengers age
of Ultron however thor was being equally playful and that did not impede him
from wielding Mjolnir.
Regardless
we must know also seriously consider that in the mcu , cap may be truly
unworthy of wielding Mjolnir.the prevailing theory is that cap has character
but is a blood knight that is too say he defines himself solely through his
ability to fight as opposed to say clint barton who sees his work only as a
duty to S.H.I.E.L.D and humanity but not the goal of life.
In the first
avenger we find that this characteristic was innate in steve,even before his
transformation. He forges his application forms repeatedly and despite being
physically unhealthy (as opposed to being merely unfit) he risks the lives of
his future team mates for a chance to serve in the army.
He defines
himself and his worth with specifically serving in the army, as opposed to
helping the war effort in alternate ways.this is in stark contrast to thor who
actually strats out as a blood knight, and is banished anf deemed unworthy
specifically because of this characteristic.
If captain America’s strainth talks so he has super human strainth ,super human stamina,
super human speed , super human durability, super human thinking etc . and its
almost hard to beat captain America in the hand to hand combat.
